Return Policy-:
# Quality & quantity issues :
• Any issue which arises regarding the quality or quantity of the product, shall be then and there immediately informed by the customer to us via chat or call at +91 8637227493 . Delayed issue filing for the above shall not be taken into consideration.
• After the issue is filed we shall investigate the matter and there shall be an initiation of a conditional refund and a escalation coupon for the inconvenience from our end if we found fault at our end.
• In extreme case we shall ask the customer to send back the product to us via our delivery agent or the customer can bring back at their own end to us, whereafter there would be a final check of the issue the and if issue is found to be genuine and faulty at our end we shall initiate a complete refund or replace with a new product depending upon which option the customer wants to opt for. But if the issue is found to be fake then we shall permanently blacklist the customer from our client list whereafter we shall not provide any kind of services at our end to the customer at any cost.
# Logistics & transit issues :
• We at deliver all our scrumptious products through a hyperlocal delivery agency of Bhubaneswar ,who takes all the necessary measures to get the delivery done safely with utmost care .We shall be responsible for any kind of unavoidable inconveniences which if arises due unforeseen reasons . There shall be an initiation of a conditional refund and a escalation coupon for the inconvenience at our end.
• Delay in delivery due to traffic rush ,construction works and bad weather etc. shall be assured to get done at the soonest but would not fall under the category of refund.
Refund Policy-:
• Orders cancelled in ANY PERIOD, 24HOURS PRIOR to the scheduled delivery/ pickup time, shall be initiated with a full refund.
• Orders cancelled in the period of LAST 24 HOURS of the delivery/pickup schedule ,will be initiated with a refund of 50% of total amount of the order there by keeping 50% as cancellation charges at our end.
• Orders cancelled DURING DELIVERY/ AT PICKUP will NOT BE initiated with any kind of refund.
